Built in the 60's was renovated in 2016. Renewed the bathrooms and bedrooms is located in the quiete countryside between Pietrasanta and Versilia beach.

Thanks to the closed road, traffic is practically absent, and only for residents.

The large garden makes it an ideal place to relax.

The building consists of three bedrooms each with private bath. Two on the ground floor with window onto the garden and one at mezzanine floor with window to the view of the Apuan Alps.
